- Go outside and do stuff. Get rid of your TV; it will rot your brain. For goodness sake do your own thinking.

I feel that I am at my best when out in the natural world and I get my deepest satisfaction from walking and observing the animals, trees, insects and other beings. I have a particular interest in birds and love horses.
I've also got some ideas about food and healing our relationship with eating, since I've had struggles with my weight for most of my life and am nearly at the two year mark of maintaining a 130 pound weight loss.
